Prayer for Increase in Vocations to the Priesthood

O Holy Spirit,

Impart your precious gifts of knowledge, understanding, and counsel upon our youth so that they may seek a vocation where they can best serve the Lord. Through the power of prayer and discernment, may more young men hear the call to the priesthood and find the courage and strength to heed God’s holy will. As they witness priests’ sacrificial love on display in many ways, may they see their own reflection. And may they feel guided to explore Christ’s ministry while we- as a community of faith- respond with encouragement and support.
