Regina Cleri Residence

Regina Cleri is more than just a residence. It is a fraternal community for our senior priests and a retreat or respite space for our active priests.

And it’s celebrating 60 years of serving our priests this year!

Opened in 1964 and located in the heart of Boston’s West End, Regina Cleri is committed to supporting the physical and emotional health of eligible senior diocesan priests so they can continue their lifelong vocation of praying for and serving us in times of both joy and sorrow. Regina Cleri also provides two respite rooms for both active and senior priests recovering from recent surgery or illness, and four guest rooms for active priests looking for a retreat or rest space.

Our Archdiocese has been blessed with so many wonderful senior priests who, for decades, have devoted their lives to serving God by making our communities stronger. Regina Cleri is proud to serve as a strong community for them.

Regina Cleri Public Masses

Every Tuesday and Thursday at 12:10pm, Mass is celebrated in the chapel and is open to anyone who would like to attend. Our senior priests truly enjoy saying Mass for the laity, so stop by sometime if you’re in the area – they would love to have you!
